Project Overview:
Projex Fire was appointed by Meriton to complete Stage 1 of the Fire Order upgrade works for VSQ1 Apartments in Zetland. The project involved the installation of new passive fire protection systems within the basement and common riser areas, ensuring the building met all NCC and FER compliance requirements.
Scope of Works:
Developed FER-compliant design and scope documentation in collaboration with AED Consulting.
Installed compliant passive fire protection systems throughout riser shafts and basement zones.
Provided complete fire matrix documentation and certification of all systems.
Outcome:
Stage 1 Fire Order requirements were achieved and certified by the fire engineer.
Works completed on schedule and within budget.
Compliance documentation accepted by the client and council for ongoing maintenance.
