Project Overview:

Projex Fire was engaged by The Point Owners Corporation to undertake extensive Fire Order rectification works across 76 residential units and multiple basement levels. The works were carried out in an occupied environment, requiring meticulous coordination and communication with strata, residents, and consultants.

Scope of Works:

Assisted with FER development to ensure practical and cost-effective design outcomes.
Completed repairs and upgrades to passive fire systems within apartments, risers, and basement areas.
Repaired and replaced fire damper systems in wet areas and common corridors.
Installed new fire spray coatings to basement ductwork.
Reinstated and repainted all ceilings post-works to maintain aesthetics.
Issued full system matrix, photographic evidence, and certification upon completion.

Outcome:

All Fire Order requirements achieved and certified by the fire engineer.
Works delivered on time and within budget.
Ceiling make-good completed to a high finish with minimal resident disruption.
