Projex Fire was engaged to deliver a complete Fire Order rectification package for the Montego & Yalara apartment complex. Working closely with the appointed fire engineer, our team provided compliant passive fire and fire damper upgrades throughout all residential units and common areas. The project required extensive coordination across occupied buildings, ensuring minimal disruption to residents while achieving full FER and NCC compliance.

Scope of Works:

Collaborated with the fire engineer to develop cost-effective FER solutions.
Remediated passive fire protection systems within bathrooms, laundries, and kitchens across all apartments.
Upgraded and reinstalled defective fire dampers within ceiling cavities.
Installed compliant fire-stopping systems within common risers and basement levels.
Issued detailed fire matrix documentation and certification for all installed systems.

Outcome:

Full compliance achieved with the issued Fire Order and certified by the fire engineer.
All dampers and passive systems replaced with tested, NCC-compliant solutions.
