Project Overview:

Projex Fire was contracted by HOZ Constructions to deliver the complete fire protection package for a new six-storey mixed-use development at Bondi Beach. Our role included the design coordination, installation, and certification of wet and dry fire systems in accordance with NCC and AS standards.

Scope of Works:

Installed new sprinkler and FIP systems including alarms and detection networks.
Installed compliant passive fire protection systems to seal penetrations across all levels.
Applied fire-rated duct wrap (Fyrewrap) to mechanical services within the basement.
Coordinated testing, commissioning, and documentation for OC certification.

Outcome:

All fire systems installed, tested, and certified on schedule.
Building achieved Occupation Certificate with zero defects.
Delivered a seamless, coordinated handover to HOZ Constructions.
